On June 2017 Soka Afrika took part in the Cheza Sport Interschool Championship held at the Railway Training Institute. The team was represented in three age categories, that is U-9, U-11 and U-13. U-9 were eliminated in the group stages, while U-11 and U-13 emerged champions in their respective categories.
